Description

Yukon University is seeking to engage a third-party firm to conduct a yearly employee engagement survey for all university faculty and staff. The responses from this survey will be gathered, interpreted, and presented to key YukonU faculty members for a duration of 5 years.This survey is intended to be developed and performed by an external entity in order to ensure for a confidential and secure outlet that is independent of the university's HR department. The survey is to be benchmarked externally to other like institutions (post-secondary or publically funded acedemic insitutions) and presented to key staff and university stakeholders.
