The Corporation is seeking Proposals from qualified Proponents for an Owner’s Engineer to provide technical and project management expertise for our WH4 Upgrade, which includes: Protection, Controls, Instrumentation, Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) and minor Balance of Plant (BoP) upgrade for one of its hydro units ‘WH4’ in Whitehorse.
