2018-009 - Enterprise Asset Management Software Supplier Qualification

The Corporation, in providing this Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) is looking to pre-qualify potential Proponents as Part One of a two-part process leading to a short-list of four (4) qualified proponents who are capable of providing an Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solution. The proposed EAM solution is to seamlessly integrate with the Corporation’s current enterprise systems as defined and will encompass the associated implementation, integration, data migration, training, and maintenance / support services. The EAM software tool will be used by the Corporation to manage the maintenance of physical assets throughout each asset's lifecycle. In addition to being used to plan, optimize, execute, and track the needed maintenance activities with the associated priorities, skills, materials, tools, and information.
