The purpose of this Negotiated Request for Proposal (the “NRFP”) is to solicit proposals for multiple site Distribution Line Brushing. See Statement of Work (Section C) for detailed requirements. Distribution line brushing is essential to ensure the Corporation’s assets are accessible and continue to function in a safe and reliable state. The Corporation is looking for a Proponent(s) to brush ROW sections of multiple Distribution Lines.
