Description

VIA offers its unionized and non-unionized employees working at the Montreal Maintenance Center (MMC) an affordable cafeteria service.

VIA is looking for a firm specializing in food service management to operate its brand new cafeteria for the Montreal Maintenance Center (MMC) located at 201 Ash Avenue in Montreal.

VIA is currently working on a project to renovate the cafeteria space and therefore wishes to be able to provide quality food services to meet expectations of the renovation plan in order to improve the services currently offered while offering fresh and nutritious products prepared on site. The menu must offer a nice variety while keeping prices competitive with the market.

In fact, this summer will begin the major redevelopment of food service spaces, such as: dining room, kitchen, depot and laundry. VIA wishes to have the new supplier on board as soon as possible so that it can provide suggestions for the equipment required to create a functional space meeting the expectations and needs identified in this document.
