Description

Engineering services for engineering and support for a variety of railway locomotive and passenger car configuration changes). The projects are to take place primarily in Montreal. The Service provider’s will take on whole projects, parts of projects or offer support to VIA engineering team.

MANDATORY CRITERIA:

Insurance

Proponent has the following minimal insurance coverage:
Professional Liability Insurance of [$5,000,000]
Commercial General Liability Insurance of [$5,000,000]
Standard Owners Form Automobile Liability Insurance of [$5,000,000]

Non-exclusivity

The Service Provider understands and agrees that nothing is this Contract can be interpreted as granting the Service Provider any exclusivity with respect to the services. His Contract, being understood that VIA may enter into a contract with any other service provider for the said services.

Bilingual

Proponent must provide its services in both official languages; written and spoken.

Location

Proponent must provide services in Montreal.

Experience

The firm must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in engineering services & a member of Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec.
