VIA Rail Inc. is searching for several suppliers with the capacity to fulfill the language training requirements in both English and French for its employees. Training will take place in person in Montreal and Quebec City, or online if the learner is located in another city in Canada.

The Tenderer must be able to meet the following mandatory requirements:

provide services on-site in Montreal and Quebec City (it's a asset) and be able to provide services online for the rest of Canada.
must provide services in English and in French
must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of Language Training
