Project details : To remediate and restore deteriorated EIFS cladding system at London Station.

Mandatory RequirementDetail / Proof of Requirement

1 - Insurance
To view entire insurance clause , refer to Part B (Form of Contract) Article 11 – Insurance and Warranty

Tenderer has the following minimal insurance coverage:

Commercial General Liability Insurance of [$10,000,000]
Standard Owners Form Automobile Liability Insurance of [$5,000,000]
All Risks insurance policy

Tenderer to provide proof of insurance or a letter issued in favour of VIA dated and signed by an authorized representative of its insurance company stating that if the Tender is successful, insurance policies in accordance with the contract will be issued following contract award

2 - Bond Requirements

(a) Bid Bond 10%
(b) Performance Bond – 50%
(c) Labour & Material PaymentBond – 50%

Letter of Credit Provide a letter signed by an authorized representative of a recognized financial institution, stating that if the Tendered is awarded the contract they will issue a letter of credit for an amount equivalent to 50% of the value of the initial yearly contract fee and each subsequent contract year.

(a) Bid Bond issued in favour or VIA dated and signed by an authorized representative of the Surety

(b)& (c) Tenderer to provide VIA with a letter issued in favour or VIA dated and signed by an authorized representative of the Surety stating that if the Tender is successful, insurance policies in accordance with the contract will be issued following contract award.

3 - Certification to Install Dryvit Outsulation MD System
Applicator (the Tenderer or the Subcontractor) shall have at the time of tender a valid and current Listing Certificate issued by Dryvit Systems Canada.
The Tenderer must provide the certificate issued by Dryvit Systems Canada.

4 - Experiences
The Tenderer must have a minimum of 5 years of proven satisfactory work experience with Dryvit systemsThe Tenderer must complete the references list (fulfill the Part C doc#4).

5 - Site Visit
