Description

VIA Rail Canada Inc. (VIA) is looking for a company capable of supporting its Marketing and Finance teams in the design and evolution of its quarterly, annual and annual sustainable mobility reports. Editing, translation and proofreading will be done by VIA.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

1/Insurance
Tenderer has the following minimal insurance coverage:

Professional Liability Insurance of [$1,000,000] :

Tenderer is requested to provide proof of meeting these insurance requirements by submitting a copy of their existing certificate in this Form of Tender.

2/Conference call
Proponent must participate to the conference call which will be held on November 13th, 2018 at 13:00 P.M. EST.
Mandatory participation to Conference Call is required in order for Proponent to be able to submit a Proposal.

3/Minimum of 5 year sof experience
Proponent has resources having a minimum of five (5) years of experience in the design industry of annual or quarterly reports.
Proponent has certifications, licenses, permits and other accreditations allowing him to practice in the appropriate field.

Proponent must provide proof of its activity for at least five years and the Curriculum Vitae of the allocated resources.
Proponent must provide a copy of the certifications, licenses, permits and other necessary accreditations.

4/Delivery lead time
Proponent agrees to comply with the delivery deadlines detailed in the “Scope of Work” section of this document, which are not changeable.

5/Location
Proponent must have an office located in Canada.
