201603008 - Bridge Rehabilitation - Mile 70.40 Chatham Subdivision

The project generally includes, grouting in culverts under an existing concrete two span bridge as well as adding backfill and grading the slopes of the embankment around the bridge located at Mile 70.40 on the Chatham Subdivision in South-West Ontario.

The mandatory criteria are:
Tenderer  has the following minimal insurance coverage:
 

1. Commercial General Liability Insurance of $25,000,000 per occurrence with a global policy aggregate of $50,000,000
2. Standard Owners Form Automobile Liability Insurance of $5,000,000
3. All Risks insurance policy
4. Contractor’s Pollution Liability Insurance of $10,000,000
5. Be present at site visit
6. Provide proof that if awarded the contract you can provide Letter of Credit 50% or Bid Bond 10%, Performance Bond – 50% and  Labour & Material Payment  Bond – 50%
7. Provide Written confirmation from the WSIB having jurisdiction over the location of the work certifying that the Tenderer is in good standing
8. Have experience in bridge rehabilitation.
9. Work must be completed before March 31, 2017.
