Description

This RFP is issued by UVic to obtain Proposals from qualified Consultants to provide comprehensive LEED Commissioning Authority professional consulting services for the new Engineering Precinct Expansion Project.

Professional fixed fee structure to be calculated on Construction Budgets as follows:

$56,958,000.00 for Schematic Design Phase, and
$50,600,000.00 for all other Phases of services.
