Description

The interested party shall submit a quote for the production of an Earthquake Early Warning Appliance Prototype (hereinafter “the appliance”) to fulfill the requirement set forth in the agreement between Ocean Networks Canada (ONC) and Emergency Management BC (EMBC) to have a stand-alone device capable of receiving messages over the public Internet from ONC’s Notification System and provide a visual and audible alarm when a programmable set of parameters defining trigger conditions are met.
