Description

The Department of Chemistry is seeking to procure an Air-Free Thin-Film Deposition System to be located within a room in the Lash Miller Chemical Laboratories. This system will be used to fabricate films and multi-layer devices via physical vapour deposition from a variety of materials: including but not limited to organic molecules, metals, and metal oxides.
The Successful Proponent will supply of all components required to meet the specifications below, integrate their deposition tool with an existing glovebox, and provide delivery, installation, validation, and user-training for the complete system. All components and parts should be new, not used, refurbished, or demonstration.
