DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for Supply and Installation of Packaged Terminal Air Conditioner (PTAC) Units for Chestnut Residence
The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

Submissions must be submitted electronically at https://utoronto.bonfirehub.ca/opportunities/21759 or before Friday, April 12, 2019 (2:00 PM local time). The submissions will not be opened publicly.

The University will be conducting a Proponents Meeting (Site Visit). Details are as follows:

Date: March 18, 2019 (Monday)

Time: 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm

Location: University of Toronto, 89 Chestnut St. Toronto, Ontario, M5G 1R1. Proponents are to meet the University representative at the lobby of the Residence.

Proponents are strongly encouraged to attend the site visit to inspect the site and gain better understanding of the requirements. A maximum of three (3) representatives are allowed to attend the site visit.

Proponents should RVSP the University contact on March 15, 2019.

An optional site visit is scheduled on Monday March 25, 2019, from 11:00 am to 11:30 am. The University will show some rooms with flat units (without a balcony). Interested Proponents may invite their swing stage contractors to this visit to gain more understanding on pricing their installation cost.

Location: University of Toronto, 89 Chestnut St. Toronto, Ontario, M5G 1R1. Proponents are to meet the University representative (David Kim or Larry Korovesi) at the lobby of the Residence.
