DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for Electrical Infrared Scanning . The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation.  An electronic auction is not anticipated.

Submissions must be submitted electronically at https://utoronto.bonfirehub.ca/opportunities/25022 on or before August 8, 2019 2:00:00 p.m. local time. The submissions will not be opened publicly.
 
CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
The procurement is subject to the following conditions for participation.

APPLICABLE TRADE AGREEMENTS
This procurement is subject to the following trade agreement(s):
The Canadian Free Trade Agreement, Chapter Five
The Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement, Chapter 19
The Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement, Chapter 9
 
CONTRACT DETAILS
A term of three (3) years (the “Term”), with an option in favour of the University to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for two (2) additional terms of a one (1) year term.
Estimated commencement date: September   2019
Substantial Completion: August 2022
PREQUALIFICATION
Proponents who do not achieve a minimum score of 39 out of 65 points for the evaluation criteria will not proceed to the Financial Submission Requirements evaluation and will receive no further consideration.
