Description:

The University of Toronto Libraries (UTL) would like to enter into an agreement with a supplier to furnish a Study Room in the first basement level at the Gerstein Science Information Centre with a combination of group study tables, study chairs, and soft seating. UTL is looking for top quality, durable furniture that enlivens the space with vibrant colour and texture and which provides students a welcoming space for individual and group study. Refer to Figure 1 for the floor plan and proposed layout of Rm B110. This will improve learning experience for approximately 80,000 students across multiple disciplines within the University. Delivery and installation should be done so as to minimize any disruption to the existing student study space. Preferred delivery and installation will be before the start of the Fall Term in the week of August 27 – 31, 2018.

Time-Frame for Delivery/Duration of Agreement:
