Description:
The University seeks to evaluate options for providing a single software solution for recruitment and admission management. The goal is to implement an integrated Constituent Relationship Management and Admission Management System (collectively called the “CRM”) to manage processes from interactions with our prospective applicants, the full application lifecycle, including admission assessments and decisions. The Proponent can propose a commercial off the self (COTS) solution or custom development models. The solution should be easy-to-use, available on both desktop and mobile devices, secure, and flexible. The components would be implemented using a phased-in approach according to an agreed upon timeline. The solution must be flexible enough to expand, as the University’s needs change.
