DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University of Toronto, Mississauga Campus is issuing this RFP for Year-Round Commercial Farming Solution.
This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is an invitation by Hospitality & Retail Services, at the University of Toronto Mississauga (“UTM”) on behalf of The Governing Council of the University of Toronto (the “University”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals to provide a year-round self-contained commercial farming solution that can be hosted on-campus at UTM.
The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

Submissions must be submitted electronically at https://utoronto.bonfirehub.ca/ on or before October 8, 2020 (2:00:00 PM local time).
The submissions will not be opened publicly.

The procurement is subject to the following conditions for participation:
Proponents that do not achieve the minimum scores in the sections indicated below may not be eligible for consideration further in the RFP Process.

CONTRACT DETAILS
This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date set forth above and, subject to earlier termination as provided for in this Agreement, continue in effect for a term of fine (5) years (the “Term”).
