DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The purpose of this RFP is to solicit responses from vendors to provide Professional Architectural and Engineering Consulting Services for the renovation of UTM Auditorium Classroom DV2072.

Schematic Design completion:                         17 May to 16 June, 2021
Design development completion:                     17 June to 15 July, 2021
Contract Documents Completion:                    16 July to August, 2021
Contractor selection/ RFT award:                     September, 2021
Construction:                                                     October 2021 to February 2022
Project Completed / User Move-in:                    February, 2022

The resulting agreement will be based on the OAA600 – 2013 in conjunction with the University of Toronto supplementary conditions to the OAA600 – 2013.  Please refer to the RFP documents for complete details.
