The University is conducting a RFP for Engineering Services for the Central Utilities Plant Slab Replacement.
The University of Toronto, Mississauga Campus is issuing this RFP for

Estimated Commencement:  Nov 2019
Estimated Construction:  Spring 2020
Estimated Construction Substantial Completion:  Summer 2020

The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation.  An electronic auction is not anticipated.
