DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for Benchtop Sequencing-by-Synthesis Massively Parallel Sequencing Instrument
The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

CONTRACT DETAILS
The term of the Agreement is to be for a one time purchase of a Benchtop Sequencing-by-Synthesis Massively Parallel Sequencing Instrument with an option in favour of the University for a three year agreement to purchase the optional reagents.

The University will base its selection of qualified suppliers on the following criteria:
