DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The purpose of this RFP is to solicit responses from vendors to provide Professional Architectural and Engineering Consulting Services for the renovation of Leacock Lane Residence (38 Units), building envelope assessment of the Early Learning Centre – ELC (Daycare Building), upgrades to existing landscape and walkways, and conformation of the existing Fire Route with code and regulation.

1. 1. DD + Class ‘C’ Cost estimate: early-May 2022 – end-Jul 2022 (3 months).
   2. CD + Permit + Tender: early-Aug 2022 – end-Sept 2022 (2 months)
   3. Tender + Review + Award: early-October 2022 – mid-November 2022 (1.5 months)
   4. Construction Start: Mid-Nov 2022 – end-June 2023 (7.5 months)
   5. Deficiencies: early-Jul 2023 – end-Jul 2023 (1 month)
   6. Move-in: early-Aug 2023
