The University of Toronto Mississauga wishes to acquire a Student Engagement Mobile Application to provide its students with a consistent place to search for, view, and RSVP for various events, programs and initiatives on campus. This procurement is covered by:
• Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement
• Chapter 9 of the Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement
Time-Frame for Delivery/Duration of Agreement :
The application is expected to be completed in time for September 1, 2018.
The term of the Agreement is to be for a period of three years with an option in favour of the University to extend the Agreement for two (2) additional one (1) year terms for a potential total term of Five (5) years.

Negotiation:
At the end of the evaluation process, the University of Toronto may identify one or more suppliers with whom it wishes to enter into negotiations, by written notification.
Electronic Auction:
The process does not involve an electronic auction.
