DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting a Request for Proposal for A Crystallization Robot
The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

The submissions will not be opened publicly.

Proponents that do not achieve the minimum scores in the sections indicated below may not be eligible for consideration further in the RFP Process.

The Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement, Chapter 9
CONTRACT DETAILS
This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date set forth above and, subject to earlier termination as provided for in this Agreement, continue in effect for a term of one (1) year (the “Term”). The University shall have the right to extend the Agreement for Four (4) additional one (1) year terms for a potential total term of five (5) years.
