Project identified as UW work request number 52491
The project is to re-commission the following buildings on campus, East Campus 4 (EC4) located in our south campus, Digital Media Stratford (DMS) located in our Stratford campus, and Pharmacy (PHR) located in our Kitchener campus.
The purpose of this re-retro commissioning pilot is to enhance the system's performance, identify energy-saving opportunities, and improve overall building efficiency.
Form of agreement shall be the CCDC 31- 2020
All work to be substantially completed by March 22, 2024
