a) Location: Meet at the General Services Complex (GSC) outside the main entrance (located on
the south side of the building).
b) When: May 17, 2022, at 9:30 A.M.
c) Each representative visiting the site must meet the University of Waterloo requirements with
respect to COVID-19, including submitting proof of vaccination and completing the ‘COVID-19
Screening’ questionnaire upon arrival to campus. Both items can be completed on the following
website, as well as links for further information: https://checkin.uwaterloo.ca/
d) Paid parking is available at Lot N (north of GSC). There is
limited parking at the visitor parking within the GSC area; please note that if your vehicle is not
in a designated visitor spot or paid lot, we are not responsible for any damages or towing costs
that may be incurred.
