Description

This project is to complete the elevator modernization of the two passenger elevators and one service/staff elevator at the Dana Porter Library on the University of Waterloo Main Campus.

All bids are to be submitted by the closing date on the University's project specific bonfire hub. Please refer to Specifications Appendix A for further information.

Please note that this project is for the General Contractor's services to undertake the general construction of this work. The Successful Proponent will be asked to carry the costs for the elevator supply and installation which will be secured in a separate bid (more information to follow in an addendum).
