Description

The project involves removal of all fluorescent bulbs and ballasts and replacement with LED bulbs in Student Village 1.
Project identified as UW work request number WR52858

Contractors are invited to bid provided they can demonstrate their experience, competence, and capacity by providing the following:
1. A completed CCDC 11 form listing a minimum of three projects with similar complexity and scope within the last 5 years (preferrably in post secondary academic environment).
2. Information on the qualification and size of their workforce intended to execute this project if awarded.
3. A schedule or work plan to demonstrate understanding of project scale and ability to deliver within specified timeline.
4. WSIB and Insurance requirements as specified in tender document.
5. Bond requirements as specified in tender document.

Form of agreement shall be the CCDC2 -2020 edition complete with Owner Supplementary Conditions.

All work to be substantially completed by 2024-08-16
