Description

The University of Calgary (UCalgary) intends to purchase a thermal evaporator system from Angstrom Engineering Inc. The required system must be capable of depositing silver, gold and aluminum metals as uniform films with thickness from 10-200 nm onto substrates 10x10cm. To the universities knowledge Angstrom Engineering Inc. is the only system that has the technical requirements to meet research needs. Details outlined in ACAN document.
