2023RSS0057 - Student Registration System

The University of Calgary (UCalgary) intends to award up to a 3-year service contract with an optional 3 x 1-year extension to Modern Campus.
Modern Campus’s Destiny One is currently UCalgary’s non-credit student registration system which provides students and participants access to register in courses, programs of study and conferences.  Destiny One is a cloud-based student lifecycle management solution which manages higher-education programs for non-traditional learners.  This system is utilized by UCalgary non-credit students, staff, alumni, and other participants who are interested in taking course or conference (virtual or in person).
As a result, it would not be practical to move on to another registration system.  A new system would cause major disruption for all users, as well the implementation for a new system could take months to years. UCalgary also does not have any additional resources or time to implement a new system.  A new system would also require training all users and migrating existing integrations into the new system.
