Description

The University of Calgary owns and operated 10 stationary vertical compactors and 6 roll off compactors. Compactors are located on Main Campus and our Foothills Campus. These compactors collect and reduce the volume of recyclables, organics, and trash material on campus. Regular cleaning and preventive maintenance of these units are required to reduce downtime and prolong the life of the equipment. Our compactors were manufactured by either Marathon or Universal Handling Equipment.
