Description

The EMBA executive coaching program provides value add for our EMBA students. Proponents are required to provide:

Access to a choice of coaches the with:
Experience of coaching across different industries.
Experience of coaching at levels of seniority from team lead to executive.
Education preferably at the graduate-level, ideally with an MBA.
User friendly registration and appointment booking website.
Coaching contract or equivalent document outlining responsibilities of the coach and counselee.
Flexibility access in terms of timing, location and availability of coaching sessions as well as mode of interaction, i.e., face to face, phone or web conferencing.
A one page bio and video (up to 3 minutes long) that will be posted to the Students Learning System.
Open communication with program administration, including monthly reporting on usage and ongoing elevation of any risks or issues.

Pre-qualified status is a designation awarded by the University to those proponents who have been qualified to provide EMBA executive coaching program services. It is the intention of the University to pre-qualify four suppliers scoring 60% or higher which have the four highest scores in the RPQ evaluation.
