Description

The intention of the RFP is to award to a Proponent who submits a proposal which, in the sole opinion of UCalgary represents the best overall functionality and value.
The institution is looking to acquire a Software as a Service Data Governance Tool hosted in a public cloud (UCalgary’s preference - AWS, Azure, Google or a public cloud vendor with a network peering relation to CANARIE network - https://www.canarie.ca/network/services/cds/). This Data Governance Tool should include (however not be limited to) fuctions outlined in the RFP

Additional Bidding Instructions

Proponents will need to submit one (1) digital copy of their submission in Merx prior to the Submission Date specified in Section 1.1.
In addition, one (1) hardcopy proposal must be sent to the location indicated below no greater than ten (10) business days after the Submission Date.

Main Receiving – Loading Dock hours have been revised to Monday to Friday 7:00am to 3:00pm (Local Time). No deliveries will be accepted outside of these hours.

From suppliers outside of Calgary: FedEx or Purolator

Emailed or faxed Proposals will not be considered.
