TTC requires a company to provide cleanliness audits in accordance with TTC requirements where a structured and consistent assessment is performed on TTC's Bus, Streetcar and Subway/SRT fleet. Work is carried out throughout the Greater Toronto Area at TTC facilities, including TTC's subway stations. Work is performed on a quarterly basis and work is to be arranged to ensure the appropriate amount of vehicles are audited within each quarter. The term of the contract is for up to a 1 year period with options to extend the Contract term for up to 4 additional one year periods, at the sole discretion of the TTC in whole or in part.
