DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF TRACK RESISTANCE AND DC STRAY CURRENT DETECTION TESTING

The TIC Subway Infrastructure Electrical Engineering section requires the services of an electrical Consultant (Consultant) to develop and implement a field testing procedure to accurately measure resistance values between the traction power floating negative return system and ground (earth) over a fixed distance and accurately detect areas of DC stray current leakage to ground on the negative return system caused by poor isolation between the negative return system andground. The term of this Contract shall be for a period of Two (2) Years.
