      IT Professional Services Role Name: Sr.Workforce Management Integrator (WFM)
Number of Resources:         Two (2)
Experience:                 Minimum 10 years of experience + Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related discipline,10 years of Java programming skills.
     Background
Time and Resource Management System (TRMS) is used by Toronto Police Service (TPS) to collect and process time and attendance specific data, administer accrual banks and assist in the deployment of members to provide police services. The current TRMS is a customized version of Infor Workforce Management (WFM) version 5.1.4.0 and the scope is to upgrade the system to Infor Workforce release 7.1.
The engagement will require two experienced WFM integrators with senior Java development skills, able to help with the Infor Workforce 7.1 setup, the in-house code migration, new code development and database upgrade.
The work will entail working with architects, application owners, customers/business user groups and consultants (both internal and external) to understand business and technical requirements, implement application and integration solutions, using a specific set of tools.

Description of Work

The successful Vendor will:

Contribute to all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) for the duration of the initiative

Ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of information systems that support the core organizational functions

Propose custom solutions that will integrate with other solutions or standalone to improve or contribute to the improvement of the organizational efficiency

Coordinate and cooperate with other IT entities to setup the system environments for development, testing, training and production

           Resumes for each Professional Services Resource proposed; and
           Submit a searchable PDF file, by the Closing Date and Time via MERX.
