Description

Purpose
The Toronto Police Service (TPS) is requesting information from interested parties for the provision of cafeteria services located at TPS Police College (College), 70 Birmingham Street, Toronto. This Request for Expressions of Interest (RFEOI) is intended to gather information that could assist TPS in the development of a future procurement process.

Objective
The objective of this RFEOI for information and planning purposes to assist TPS in maintaining the food service program and operation of relevant facilities for TPS that meets the needs and enhances the quality of life for TPS employees.

It should be noted that this RFEOI is being sought strictly for the purpose of gaining knowledge of services and supplies available, and should not be construed as intent, commitment, or promise to acquire services, supplies, or solutions offered.

Response to the RFEOI is not mandatory and is not subject to evaluation. Respondents choosing not to participate will not be precluded from any subsequent procurement process.
