PROJECT OBJECTIVE

The objective of this project is to replace the existing high cycle, rapid overhead door that has come to the end of its expected lifecycle. This project includes all labour, equipment, and material for the supply and installation of a new high cycle, rapid overhead door to replace the existing door, including controls and safety sensors etc.The successful Contractor is responsible for coordination of all the work including removal and disposal of the existing door.

Schedule Site Visit (strongly recommended)

A site meeting will be held on December 10th, 2018 at 10:00 AM located at 40 College St, Grenville Street Parking, Toronto, with TPS FCM Member. All bidders submitting a bid are encouraged to attend the site meeting. The bidder will accept the requirements of the work “as is” whether this site meeting is attended or not. No modifications to the bid will be accepted after closing of this RFQ.
