Description

The TPA, branded as 'Green P', is a self‐sustaining and self‐financing public entity owned by the City
of Toronto. Recognized as a world leader in parking technology services, the TPA has built an
international reputation as an industry leader in effective and innovative parking solutions ensuring
that local businesses continue to grow, neighborhood vibrancy is supported, and its environmental
footprint is minimized.

TPA provides 21,600 off‐street public parking spaces to non‐commercial vehicles throughout the
City of Toronto in over 200 facilities, as well as close to 18,000 on‐street spaces operating 24 hours,
7 days a week.

The scope of this RFQ includes the non‐exclusive supply and delivery of Line Marking services
exclusively for TPA outdoor surface parking lots located throughout the City of Toronto from the
date of award to December, 2020 with the option to renew the Contract for an additional one (1)
separate two (2) years period, all in accordance with the provisions and specifications contained in
this Request for Quotation (RFQ).

Event Note

Bidders MUST attend a mandatory site meeting at TPA Headquarters, located at 33 Queen Street East,4th floor on January 23, 2019 commencing at 10:00 AM. Bidders will meet in the 2nd floor reception.

Bidders MUST attend the site meeting to familiarize themselves with the work and ascertain the full
extent of the Deliverables required.

Bidders must sign in with the TPA’s representative at the mandatory site meeting and clearly indicate on the sign‐in sheet the name of the firm they are representing for their Quotation to be considered.
A record of questions and answers as deemed relevant from the site meeting will be distributed in the
form of an Addendum. The TPA reserves the right not to answer questions at the Site Meeting but will
answer questions that arise at the site meeting as part of an Addendum.

Quotations in response to this RFQ must be completed, properly executed by the Bidder and
received at the Toronto Parking Authority, 2nd floor by 12:00 O’CLOCK (EST) ON February 13, 2019 or your Quotation will be declared non‐compliant.
