Description

The intent of this RFP is to solicit Submissions from innovative Proponents interested in working as a Project Partner with GSS. The proposed Project Partner(s) will demonstrate innovation and have significant experience with:

(a) strategic thinking;
(b) space planning;
(c) technical expertise;
(d) successful ground-up development;
(e) sophisticated investment;
(f) development and operations in multi-use facilities;
(g) successful customer/client services relationship;
(h) project designing, planning, development, building and maintenance, for organizations of similar size, scope and purpose as GSS, and demonstrate an understanding of the current real estate market in Alberta; and
(i) be financially stable, as evidenced by the financial information provided.

Proponents are required to submit one (1) original, five (5) copies and one (1) flash drive, containing an electronic version (*.doc or *.pdf) of the original Proposal document. The original copy needs to contain original signatures. Mark envelope as "Request for Partnership – Project Partner Proposal". For confidentiality purposes, on the electronic version, financial information can be marked "proprietary" or "confidential," scanned, and included as a separate file. All sealed Proposals must be received no later than 14:00 PM Mountain Standard Time on Friday January 24th, 2020. Proposals may be submitted by hand, via delivery service, or via Canada post mail. The Proponent is responsible for ensuring the Proposal arrives at GSS’ head office prior to the Submission deadline. Sealed Proposals must be sent to:
