Description

The purpose of this ACAN is to signal TBRHSC’s intention to award a contract to NirvSystem for a learner onboarding system. Before awarding a contract, TBRHSC would like to provide other suppliers with the opportunity to demonstrate that they are capable of satisfying the requirements set out in this notice by submitting a statement of capabilities during the ACAN posting period. In addition to meeting or exceeding the criteria and capabilities in section 5 it is an expectation the supplier be able to deliver this solution within TBRHSC’s stated budget.

If other potential suppliers submit a statement of capabilities during the ACAN posting period that meet the requirements set out in the ACAN, TBRHSC will consider the solution and if applicable, proceed to a competitive procurement process in order to award the contract.

If no other supplier submits, on or before the closing date, a statement of capabilities meeting the requirements set out in this ACAN, a contract will be awarded to the pre-selected supplier.
