Facilities-1 - SPC-777 Bay Furniture

Surrey Place Centre’s Administrative Office has been located at 180 Dundas Street West, Toronto since February 2012. Although this site was initially suitable, a number of factors have necessitated the consideration of alternative option, in an effort to improve our clinical and administrative collaboration and efficiency.
After careful evaluation, SPC determined that 777 Bay Street is the most appropriate site to meet the needs of current and potential future programs and services. Staff will be relocated from 180 Dundas Street West to 777 Bay Street in April 2018. We will occupy a suite on the 27th floor of 777 Bay Street, which is approximately 350 meters, or a 4-minute walk, from our central location at 2 Surrey Place.
The relocation from 180 Dundas Street West to 777 Bay Street has necessitated the need for new furniture. The areas, which require furniture, include 7 private offices, workstations for 24 individuals, a lunchroom, a small meeting room, a large meeting room and a reception area
