Description

1. 1. Work under this contract covers (but is not limited to):
    1. Replacement of eleven (11) existing packaged heating, ventilation, and cooling rooftop units and associated curb/curb adaptors.
    2. Patching of existing roof deck, roof membrane, etc.
    3. Provisions of new electrical feeds serving existing units being replaced, as required by the electrical engineer and as per drawing notation.
    4. Minor duct modifications in ceiling space to accommodate new rooftop unit(s).
    5. Reintegration of building automation system (BAS) and fire alarm system limited to new equipment specified under this contract.
    6. Modifications and installation of natural gas piping and connections to new rooftop unit(s).
