SUEZ is looking for a contractor to supply and install vibration monitoring accelerometers on the critical equipment. Installation of the electrical infrastructure needed to facilitate the receiving and transmitting of the data. Critical vibration that are associated with interlocks and safety to be hardwired

12.1. Proponent’s attendance is Mandatory.
12.2. Attendance must be confirmed to Daniel Caron the day before by email.
12.3. Purpose is to provide Proponents an opportunity to familiarize themselves with the Work
and with existing conditions, and with an idea of the conditions which will be occurring
simultaneously at the time of the work. SUEZ Canada Waste Services Inc.’s
representative(s) will be present.
12.4. Site access is restricted. This will be Proponents' only opportunity to inspect the site.
12.5. SUEZ Canada Waste Services will provide the necessary PPE for site visit.
12.6. All prime contractor and major sub-contractor Proponents are invited to attend.
12.7. No alteration of information provided by SUEZ Canada Waste Services Inc. or any of his
representatives at the pre-proposal meeting and site inspection shall be binding, unless
such information is included in an Addendum.
12.8. Pandemic special instructions:
12.8.1. When possible, only one representative per group to attend the onsite meetings
12.8.2. Health assessment must be completed day of visit upon arrival
12.8.3. Tour groups will be limited to 5 at one time

Criterion 1: Proponent shall submit a work schedule outlining the specific phases including but without limitation on the following:
Engineering, procurement, delivery of material, mobilisation, installation, commissioning
Criterion 2: Appendix 1 supplier information, proponent are to provide a separate document detailing answers to the questions listed therein.
Criterion 3: Proponent shall submit the Form of Pricing provided in Appendix 5.
Criterion 4: Proponents shall fill the provided Appendix 2 Safety Program.
Criterion 5: Proponents shall submit at least 2 references.
Criterion 6: Proponents shall submit full specifications of hardware, cabling and vibration sensors.
Criterion 7: Proponents shall submit proposed layouut and line diagram for each items mentioned in our detail scope.
Criterion 8: Proponents shall submit proposed electrical line diagram and software communication protocol
Criterion 9: Proponents shall submit proposed software details about virtual installion in our main server and communicate with our existing DCS Bailey systems.
Criterion 10: Proponents shall submit example of factory acceptance test, site acceptance test, commssiong and hand over report.
Criterion 11: Proponents shall submit example of quality control manual and quality control on site.
Criterion 12: Proponents shall submit example of execution plan
