12.1. Proponent’s attendance is Mandatory.
12.2. Attendance must be confirmed to Daniel Caron the day before by email.
12.3. Purpose is to provide Proponents an opportunity to familiarize themselves with the Work
and with existing conditions, and with an idea of the conditions which will be occurring
simultaneously at the time of the work. SUEZ Canada Waste Services Inc.’s
representative(s) will be present.
12.4. Site access is restricted. This will be Proponents' only opportunity to inspect the site.
12.5. SUEZ Canada Waste Services will provide the necessary PPE for site visit.
12.6. All prime contractor and major sub-contractor Proponents are invited to attend.
12.7. No alteration of information provided by SUEZ Canada Waste Services Inc. or any of his
representatives at the pre-proposal meeting and site inspection shall be binding, unless
such information is included in an Addendum.
12.8. Pandemic special instructions:
12.8.1. When possible, only one representative per group to attend the onsite meetings
12.8.2. Health assessment must be completed day of visit upon arrival
12.8.3. Tour groups will be limited to 5 at one time
