Description

SUEZ is looking for a Contractor to perform the annual preventative maintenance inspection of the facility FRP process vessels, ducting and piping. There are 2 annual inspection included in this scope.
The first inspection visit will occur during operational conditions and the contractor is requested to provide a detail report to give SUEZ an opptunity to purchase long lead items to plan the change during major shutdown.
The Shut-down inspection require the contractor to provide detailled inspection report in terms of accurately assessing over all equipment condition. This inspection is done during the major shut-down when tanks and ducting will be opened for internal inspection.
Additionally, the contractor will be requested to provide its rate sheet for the follow up repairs and preventative maintenance for the term of 2021 to December 31, 2025.

Additional Bidding Instructions

SUEZ is looking to evaluate the proposals based on the following criteria
Criterion 1: Proponent shall submit a work schedule in a gantt format outlining the specific phases including but without limitation on the following:
Kick-off – Mobilization – Operational Inspection – Demobilization – Report remittance. 2nd Mobilization – Shutdown Inspection – Demobilization – Report remittance
Criterion 2: Appendix 1 supplier information, proponent are to provide a separate document detailing answers to the questions listed therein.
Criterion 3: Proponent shall submit the Cost breakdown provided in Appendix 5.
Criterion 4: Proponents shall fill the provided Appendix 2 Safety Stats.
Criterion 5: Proponents shall submit at least 2 references.
Criterion 6: Provide an example of inspection report
Criterion 7: Provide rate sheet for the follow up repairs and preventative maintenance for the term of 2021 to December 31, 2025.
