Quotes are to be based on wholesale market conditions on April 5, 2021 @ 10:30am Alberta
time. Bidders are required to use the monthly volume schedule listed on page 19 as the basis of
the indicative quotes.

Renewable Energy Certificates (Optional)
Interested Bidders are requested to provide quotes for supplying renewable energy certificates
(REC) equivalent to 10% and 25% of the projected usage. The volume schedule for the REC
pricing request is on page 19. Bidders who submit pricing are requested to provide further
details about REC source (i.e. solar, wind), location of generation (Alberta, elsewhere in
Canada), and any further details they feel are relevant. Quotes are requested to be provided in
$/ MWh unit format.
