Description

The McMaster Commercialization Development at McMaster Innovation Park in Hamilton is a 2 Phase development. The Project consists of:
Phase 1
• fit-out of shell space for BSL-2 Laboratories and office area with a area of approximately 17,000 square feet of construction
• Atrium and circulation areas 10,500 square feet construction
Phase 2
• Construction of level 2 slab
• Construction of laboratory space approximately 12,000 square feet
• Construction of mechanical and electrical rooms
• Construction of a GMP type of production area and associated warehouse space of approximately 23,000 square feet.
