INVITATION TO TENDER
SNOW CLEARING, ICE CONTROL, AND SHOVELLING
2022-2023 SEASON
Tenderers are invited to bid on snow clearing, ice control, and snow shoveling at various properties owned by the St. John’s Port Authority.
Specifications, and tender documents can be obtained online through Merx, or by e-mail only through this e-mail address (lguy@sjpa-apsj.com) upon payment of a $50.00 (HST included) non-refundable fee. Tenders must be delivered to the Port Authority Office, located at 1 Water Street, prior to the specified deadline. E-mailed bids will not be accepted. Tenderers are advised that only those contractors who have obtained the tender documents through Merx or the noted e-mail address will be eligible to bid on this project. Plans and specifications may also be viewed at the St. John’s office of the Newfoundland and Labrador Construction Association.
Sealed tenders will be received up to 1500 hours, local time, September 14, 2022. Tenders shall be submitted on the Tender Form provided, clearly marked “Tender for Snow Clearing, Ice Control & Shoveling”.
The St. John’s Port Authority does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.
