RFP#2024-033 - Vendor of Record (VOR) Waterfront Project Support Services

The Client is inviting proposals from qualified firms with the proven skills, resources, and relevant experience in project management to support procurement, design, construction, and project delivery,for a range of capital projects within the CreateTO’s waterfront portfolio. The Client is seeking to onboard one (1) successful Respondent to serve as Vendors of Record to assist in the delivery of this work, for a period of two years.

The Client is actively working with several public sector stakeholders including the City of Toronto, PortsToronto, and Waterfront Toronto to support the revitalization of the waterfront following the completion of the Port Lands Flood Protection work. As the landowner of approximately 400 acres in the Port Lands and almost 9km of dock wall, the Client is a leading agent in this change. Consequently, the organization will be undergoing several capital projects to enable the vision set out in the Central Waterfront Secondary Plan and the Next Phase of Waterfront Revitalization. The successful candidates will support the procurement, design, construction management, and stakeholder coordination on these key projects.
